Karen has several classes and retreats planned, but many more are in the works. Her in-demand status as an intuitive consultant and work as an author keep her schedule dynamic and fluid. Lately she has been committed to completing her newest book, Relationship Intuition. In her free time, she's a ceramic artist. Karen's Raku and horsehair pottery is on display at the High Desert Museum and for sale on the world's premier handmade art website. Karen's says, "One of my greatest delights is my horse, Hytez. She is 28 and I adopted her 7 years ago. I love combing her mane and tail. I save her hair and put it on pottery that's hot out of the kiln. It sizzles and carbonizes, forming one-of-a-kind designs of black lightening bolts. I gather feathers on my walks in beautiful Central Oregon and incorporate their beauty into my 'horsehair pottery.' I also create pottery based on the ancient Japanese art form of raku, which can be defined as 'serendipity through fire.' "

For 2011, Karen is commited to finishing her next book and has a lighter schedule of workshops, classes and retreats until it is finished. As things change, information will be posted here.
