What Is a Life and Health Intuitive Consultation?
A consultation (also known as a "reading")
is the information I give a client after I start receiving
impressions about their life and health. For my initial
scan, I use only his or her name and age to focus on.
I receive impressions in three different modes: audio,
visual and kinesthetic. During a session, I share my
impressions with my client, who is free to ask questions
about the information. The session lasts 45 minutes
to an hour. For convenience, since my client base is
worldwide, I do consultations over the telephone. Each
client receives a tape recording of their reading, to
refer to the information again and again.
What Type Of Information is in a Consultation?
The life content of a consulation can consist of anything
the client would like to discuss, including career,
business, and relationships. The health portion consists
of physical information as well as emotional, spiritual
and/or mental components that contribute to problems
the client may be experiencing. It seems that there
is a strong mind-body connection in the readings. Once
a client has their health information, they can work
with their doctor to solve any physical problems, as
well can also work personally on inner shifts for that
particular issue, which can result in a more complete

Why Would I Want a Consultation?
If you want new insights into your self, are interested in shifting your life
and attitudes, and feel comfortable receiving this information and deciding
for yourself if you want to act on it, then a consultation may be for you.
A consultation is not appropriate for emergency situations.
Health Intuitive or Medical Intuitive?
More than a decade ago, I began my work as a "health
intuitive." Over time, I still include "health
intuition" as part of a session, but also include
any other areas in a client's life they want to discuss,
including career, business, and relationships. "Medical
Intuition" and "Medical Intuitive" are
popular terms. I prefer the term "health intuition"
as it more accurately reflects the content of the intuitive
consultations I do. The consultations are not filled
with medical terminology. Instead, they encompass the
four levels of health: mental, physical, spiritual and
emotional balance and any other areas of life where
a client feels they want help, whereas, the definition
of medicine does not always include these areas.
When Will My Session be Scheduled?
Karen will call you to set up a time. No matter how
busy your schedule is, she'll find a time that works.
Sessions take 45 minutes to an hour, over the telephone.
She'll also make a recording to send to you when the
